My goal over the coming weeks is to make sure my training is a lot more consistent. Yes, I know I do a lot of training but I do tend to pull back on the intensity and speed work at times. So even though I am doing shorter runs, there is a lot more intensity. I just need to make sure I keep consistent.

Today was 30 seconds hard, followed by 30 seconds of easy jogging. I completed 16 repeats and have found these sessions to make a real impact on my pace. I am racing again in a couple of weeks, so will see if it makes a difference.

Stay Strong Everyone!

Do you set and follow a speed work workout on your watch?

Actually I don't, I usually just know what needs to be done and keep time as I go. I should set something like that up on my watch though, it would probably be easier.

!LOL l thought I was old school, garmin and all these fancy watches had heaps of options. I have tried a few but don't think it's worth all the hassle. I just start a run and keep my eye on the time or distance for any speed work repeats.

What do you call a corrupted IPhone?
A bad apple.
