We know that love is the impulse that drives us to live life to the fullest, however, many times in the course of our lives, we sometimes wonder what we are missing in relation to what it brings us.
There are different cultures, religions and individual thoughts that coincide in the fact that we must learn to love ourselves, and in this way be able to act with that love for our fellow men, our world is in need of learning to love, and what better way to start loving ourselves, however love and how we can live with that love, makes the lack of others come to occupy this topic despite how confusing it may seem.
Searching for what we really do not understand does not make any sense, instead, it is preferable to evaluate situations in which we may be willing to be able to assume in some way suffering or pain, so that in this way we do not feel wrong and in this way we manage to understand that love in some opportunities is not always good if we do not understand it in its essence.
It is not possible to give what in reality we do not understand or do not manage to have, and it is not feasible to perceive or transmit love when we do not really understand this interaction, we wonder how do we learn to love ourselves?
It is a difficult question to answer since many of us may not have felt or given love, our concept of love is wrong, and logically if we talk about it is because we have either felt it or we have received it or we have spread it knowing its meaning with a high consciousness.
In reality we are engineers of our lives, therefore we can build everything we long for and what we need, that is why we can build our own love, and when I say our own it does not matter in what circumstance we have lived Our path to love, since we will always act with that force that will be at our disposal and therefore we can have love to spread.
How we learn then to be able to love ourselves, something simple, we only have to learn to accept ourselves as we are, without mistreating them unfairly and without disqualifying ourselves, we can also understand love when we manage empathy with other people and for ourselves.
To understand as a human being that we can be imperfect beings, it is important that we learn to recognize what we can be wrong at some point in our lives.
It is also important to learn to forgive those people who in some way or another have hurt us, this situation makes us not to hold a grudge, therefore we can then be very close to what is the meaning of love when we learn to love and especially learn to love ourselves we begin to have a personal development as we develop a personality with confidence, we trust ourselves, we trust what we can do and what we can teach, therefore, when we share certain life experiences we interpret and interact in the best way for ourselves and other people.
We are in a sea full and full of life, where love makes that we really understand its own meaning and we know how to transmit it in the different areas of our lives.
