Recently, I started going to the gym. I observed that without a proper meal as a pre-workout, it can cause our body muscle to be at various parts. On the other hand, if we take a good, proper pre-workout, it can help to improve strength, focus, ability, and confidence. We would like to discuss this topic in this article.

As we know, everything needs nourishment to prepare. As such, when we do gym, our muscles become dry, and they need energy after a workout. First of all, we should drink 3-4 liters of water every day. After that, we need energy; it can be egg/paneer/chicken/mutton or anything that you eat. If you are vegetarian, you can take paneer, which is a dairy product, and if you are non-vegetarian, you can take chicken, mutton, or egg (for me, egg is non-veg). These are things that we can take as a post-workout.

Gym is all about aesthetic body.
Where people are doing workouts using equipment.
There are so many myths and stereotypes about gyms, like that if people under 18 years of age exercise, it can cause their height growth to stop. I want to tell all of them that it is just a myth that anyone can do workouts and exercises. It is very important to take your own body seriously and do them to be fit. At this time, obesity is causing most problems, like diabetes, digestion, thyroid, etc.

Realistic problem after 12th board
When I was going to school every day, I had seen I was too quick and healthy. When I started staying at home all day, I started feeling unhealthy, weak, unwell, overthinking, etc.
Then my mother said why you shouldn't join a gym. I was like, "Yeah, I should work on myself to stay strong and healthy," and see, now I'm good all day, feeling strong with pain. This pain is like I had done something. That pain felt like, "Why is this happening?" I was suffering so much from pain, but now this feels so good as compared to that pain.

I would like to discuss some benefits of pre-workout and post-workout.
There are different types of pre-workouts, like taking energy powder. Natural fruits are taken to improve performance very fast; they take time but give sufficient energy, respectively.
Energy powders are also good for not spreading hate, but I want to tell you about a realistic problem that my brother faced. Like a friend, when he started the gym, he was 60 kg, which is good according to his height... Suddenly, 2-3 days ago, I saw him, and he was so bulky, like he had body muscle, which looks good if you are doing bodybuilding. His age is around 17-18 years. I realized that his body was looking so odd; there's no doubt that he has taken medicine and steroids. We all know both things are not good at all. I tell them, "If you are taking these things, please stop; they will destroy you completely. They can affect your kidney and heart and may cause asthma-type problems in the future."
That's all about the ground reality of a big bodybuilder.

What we have to avoid as beginners
As beginners, we should avoid too much sugar because it can cause an energy crash in the body.
As well as junk food, it can cause too much fat in the body and make your body feel lazy during workouts, and also, avoiding oily food can cause you to feel heavier and slow your performance in the gym.

Conclusion

As beginners, we should avoid chemical products; we only need to rely on natural things.
It's very important to take a pre-workout; it can be a banana+milk+peanut butter, which can boost energy. Take it before 40 min of workout.
Staying consistent at the gym is a good thing for the best results.
