¡Feliz día querida comunidad! Espero que se encuentren muy bien y estén teniendo una maravillosa semana. Haciendo una pequeña revisión por mi galería noté que tenía muchas fotos sin compartir de un día de parrillada en casa de mis suegros y aunque les hablé en su momento de ese día quise traerles hoy este post para hablarles mejor de esa experiencia y a su vez compartir con ustedes esas fotos que quedaron guardadas y merecen ser publicadas porque fueron de un gran día y un maravilloso momento que vivimos.
Esta parrillada fue en el mes de febrero durante los días de carnaval, festividad que normalmente no festejamos por no asistir a las comparsas porque en esta ciudad es algo bastante complicado (al menos para nosotros), sin embargo, teníamos intensiones de ir al centro comercial Servimas a ver el reinado y otras actividades pero de último momento surgieron nuevos planes para ese día, mis suegros decidieron hacer una parrillada y nos invitaron a unirnos. Ese día llegamos y resultó que la parrillada no era solo entre nosotros sino que unos vecinos de mis suegros también se sumaron y además una madrina de Dani a la cual no conocía y estaba de visita en esos días, así que esa fue la oportunidad perfecta para compartir y conocernos.
Happy day dear community! I hope you are well and having a wonderful week. Doing a little review through my gallery I noticed that I had many unshared photos of a barbecue day at my in-laws' house and although I spoke to you at the time about that day I wanted to bring you this post today to tell you better about that experience and in turn share with You, those photos that were saved and deserve to be published because they were of a great day and a wonderful moment that we lived.
This barbecue was in the month of February during the carnival days, a holiday that we normally do not celebrate because we do not attend the parades because in this city it is quite complicated (at least for us), however, we had intentions of going to the Servimas shopping center . We went to see the reign and other activities but at the last minute new plans arose for that day, my dreams decided to have a barbecue and they invited us to join. That day we arrived and it turned out that the barbecue was not just between us but some neighbors of my dreams also joined and also a godmother of Dani's who I didn't know and was visiting at that time, so that was the perfect opportunity to share and get to know each other.
Los preparativos para la parrillada iniciaron después de las 3 pm aunque desde temprano tenían toda la carne preparada y condimentada lista para asar, entre mi suegro y cuñado se encargaron de encender la parrilla, lo que tomó bastante tiempo en lograr.
The preparations for the barbecue began after 3 pm although from early on they had all the meat prepared and seasoned ready to grill, between my father-in-law and brother-in-law they were in charge of lighting the grill, which took a long time to achieve.
Mientras los hombres se encargaban de encender el fuego yo estaba al tanto tomando muchas fotos pero además aproveché de hacerle compañía a mi cuñada que estaba con Amaya y hasta unas fotos nos tomamos en ese momento.
While the men were in charge of lighting the fire, I was aware of it, taking many photos, but I also took advantage of keeping company with my sister-in-law who was with Amaya and we even took some photos at that moment.
Finalmente lograron encender la parrilla y comenzaron a asar la carne, pero además también había algo de pollo y hasta unas chuletas de cerdo, a pesar del buen clima de ese día llovió un poco haciendo que tuvieran que mover todo de lugar para que no se mojara pero al cabo de un rato escampó y pudimos continuar con los planes tranquilamente.
Finally they managed to light the grill and began to grill the meat, but there was also some chicken and even some pork chops, despite the good weather that day it rained a little making them have to move everything so it wouldn't get wet but after a while it cleared up and we were able to continue with our plans calmly.
Al cabo de un par de horas (quizás menos) ya casi todo estaba listo y mientras unos se encargaban de picar la carne otros servían y cada quien iba agarrando su plato para sentarse a comer, y a pesar de que éramos bastantes personas la parrilla rindió para todos y hasta sobró.
After a couple of hours (maybe less) almost everything was ready and while some were in charge of chopping the meat, others served and everyone grabbed their plate to sit down to eat, and even though there were quite a few of us, the grill performed for all and even leftovers.
Toda la parrillada fue un proceso en el que todos colaboraron, fue un trabajo en equipo que hizo que todo fuera más rápido y fácil pero la mejor parte de todo fue sin duda disfrutar al final de la tarde de la parrillada comiendo todos juntos y disfrutando de un hermoso atardecer de fondo que nos acompañaba ese día.
The entire barbecue was a process in which everyone collaborated, it was teamwork that made everything faster and easier but the best part of everything was without a doubt enjoying the barbecue at the end of the afternoon eating all together and enjoying a beautiful sunset in the background that accompanied us that day.
Ese fue un muy buen día, que aunque no pudimos ir a ver las comparsas de todas maneras hicimos algo que resultó aún mejor, pero ese día no acaba en la parrillada, porque luego de comer y recoger todo los más adultos se pusieron a jugar dominó y yo aunque no juego ni entiendo nada me quedé un rato viendo como jugaban y hasta tomé unas fotos, pero luego decidimos irnos a casa porque estábamos cansados y además olíamos mucho a humo, sin embargo, estuvimos allí todo el día compartiendo con todos y pasándola bien, llegamos bastante cansados pero al menos yo terminé mi día feliz luego de haber vivido esa agradable experiencia con muchas personas cercanas y disfrutando de una buena comida.
That was a very good day, even though we couldn't go to see the troupes, we still did something that turned out even better, but that day didn't end with the barbecue, because after eating and cleaning up everything, the adults started playing dominoes. And although I don't play or understand anything, I stayed for a while watching how they played and I even took some photos, but then we decided to go home because we were tired and we also smelled a lot of smoke, however, we were there all day sharing with everyone and having a great time. Well, we arrived quite tired but at least I ended my day happy after having lived that pleasant experience with many close people and enjoying a good meal.
