My left arm is almost completely healed. Today I started physical therapy. Of course I already moved and I already used my left arm in the previous one week. But today I started doing specific moves with it. Moves, which are practiced doing physical therapy. One of my friends is going to physical theraphy, and she showed me a few moves. So now I can also practice.
I still cannot fully extend my left arm. I still feel pain, when I touch my left shoulder with my left arm. But at least now I can move my left arm, and I can use it. Mostly I no longer feel pain in it.
Now I can also lift and move things. Of course I still do not lift and move heavy weights. I do not want to overload my left arm. But I use it. My current plan is to keep doing the physical therapy every day, until my left arm will be completely healed.
Probably I will check the airplane tickets on the next week. Probably I will fly back to Spain around the middle of this month. This time to Barcelona, not to Tenerife.
Soon I will post more news.

I have been back reading to find your whole story. I was sorry to hear about your shoulder/arm, but glad you are up and running now!
This was my original plan, but I changed my mind in the recent past.
Probably I will be just passing through, but we will see. I have a plan, but the most part will be improvised. And it depends on other people too. I do not write about it yet. I will write everything about it later, when I will arrive in Barcelona. Hopefully it will be a pleasant surprise. Both for me, and for the readers of my blog too.
Me too. It was a radius subcap fracture. Now it is mostly healed. I can use my left arm. But it is still healing. The physical therapy is helping in the healing.
