Greetings my dear and appreciated friends of #Hive and especially to all those who make up this great Community of #Architecture and Design I hope you are very well and God bless you today tomorrow and always wherever you go dear friends, in this opportunity I will share with you the structure of one of the main shopping centers in the state capital Guarico San Juan de los Morros.
Saludos mis queridos y apreciados amigos de #Hive y en especial a todos los que integran esta grandiosa Comunidad de #Arquitectura y diseño espero se encuentren muy bien y que Dios los bendiga hoy mañana y siempre donde quiera que vayan queridos amigos, en esta oportunidad compartire con ustedes la estructura de uno de los principales centros comerciales de la capital del estado Guarico San juan de los Morros.
It is an important commercial center located on Bolivar Avenue in San Juan de los Morros, its name C.C Via Venetto. This is the largest shopping center in this capital of the Guárico state. As we can see in the image, its front has a colonial design and is finished in small bricks, it has a design of multiple windows, for example, in the upper part it has 7 windows of regular size and in its lower part 3 but much more spacious. You can say a glass wall because of how big they are made of armored material, since a national bank operates inside the walls and on the other side there is an important place dedicated to economic activities.
Se trata de un importante cetro comercial ubicado en la avenida Bolivar de San juan de los morros, su nombre C.C Via Venetto. este es el centro comercial mas grande de esta capital del estado Guárico. como podemos apreciar en la imagen su frente posee un diseño colonial y tiene un acabado en ladrillos pequeños, posee un diseño de multiples ventanas como por ejemplo en la parte superior posee 7 ventanas de regular tamaño y en su parte inferior 3 pero mucho mas amplias se puede decir una pared de vidrio por lo grande que son de material blindado, pues en la parte interna de las misma funciona un banco nacional y a su otro lado un importante local dedicado a actividades económicas.
Before entering, we come across some steps with a granite finish. Next to this shopping center, an imposing circular column before its main entrance impresses. Similarly, you can see the name of the shopping center and the metal structure of its main entrance.
antes de ingresar nos topamos con unos escalones con un acabado en granito seguidamente a este centro comercial impresiona una imponente columna en forma circular anterior a su entrada principal. de igual forma se puede apreciar el nombre del centro comercial y la estructura metalica de su entrada principal.
In its entirety, the entire design of the floor is made of granite material.
en su totalidad, todo el diseño del piso esta elaborado en material de granito.
It has multiple commercial premises for different economic activities, clothing stores, restaurants, phone stores, spa, among many others for commercial activities.
posee multiples locales comerciales destinados a diferentes actividades economicas, tiendas de ropa, restaurantes tiendas de telefonos, spa, entre muchas otras destinadas a actividades comerciales.
the design of its rear exit is similar to that of the main entrance but of a smaller dimension, this access is for people who travel by vehicle, since its parking lot is located at that end of the shopping center.
el diseño de su salida trasera, es similar a la de la entrada principal pero de una dimensión mas pequeña este acceso es para las personas que se trasladan en vehículos, pues a ese extremo del centro comercial esta ubicado el estacionamiento del mismo.
To access the upper levels, which apart from the main one are two more, there are two stairs by which you can ascend and descend depending on the user's need where they want to go.
para acceder a los niveles superiores que a parte de el principal son dos mas existen dos escaleras por la cual se puede ascender y descender dependiedo la necesidad de usuario a donde quiera dirigirse.
the offices that work on the second level are intended for legal activity, in the same way the notary public office works but in its entirety all for legal purposes, this part has good lighting and ambience is a fresh and impeccable place.
las oficinas que funcionan en el segundo nivel estan destinadas a la actividad Juridica de igual forma funciona la oficina de notaria publica pero en su totalidad todas con fines juridicos, esta parte posee buena iluminacion y ambientacion es un lugar fresco he impecable.
The third level is made up of clothing stores, electronic appliances and a spa for people who love massages. It is a pleasant place to look at and an environment and lighting in optimal conditions.
es tercer nivel esta conformado, por tiendas de ropas, aetefactos electronicos y un spa para las personas amantes de los masajes. es un lugar agradable a la vista y un ambiente e iluminacion en optimas condiciones.
the roof is designed in a curved or oval shape supported on a metal structure where it rests.
el techo esta diseñado en forma curvada o ovalada soportado en una estructura metálica donde descansa.

I like the finish of this building, it gives it a colonial touch, also its front partially designed in glass, I think that with a little investment in its maintenance this building would shine my friend @storiesoferne
