In this post I present three photos which are different from the usual type of photos that I publish in this community of “shadow hunters”. They taken at “Parque Brasil” in Antofagasta (Chile), the shadows form a very important part in the composition of the images. In the first photo we can see a shadow of a palm tree (however the plant is not shown in the image). In the other photos we see a flat arch and its shadow. The palm trees and these arches stand out as some of the main elements of this park.
I share the photos in colour and black and white, the monochrome format enhances the shadows. I used the camera of a Samsung Galaxy sS2 Ultra.
En el presente post publico unas fotos diferentes a las que regularmente publico en esta comunidad de “shadow hunters”. Fueron tomadas en el Parque Brasil de Antofagasta, se destacan el uso de las sombras como elemento fundamental en la composición de las imágenes. En la primera se ve en primer plano la sombra de una palmera (la planta no aparece en la imagen). En las otras imágenes se destacan un arco recto (también conocido como arco adintelado). Una de las características de este parque es el abundante uso de estos dos elementos. Comparto las fotos en color y en blanco y negro, este ultimo formato realza las sombras. Utilicé la camera de un Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.
