Honestly I'm a bit lost with the community challenges, I'm always late 🥵 however yesterday we prepared a super powerful soup, it was really a 10 with Santiago.
Now is name of my special soup will be: Verde que te quiero Verde 💚
Servings: 4 people
Ingredients
150g Swiss chard
100g chives
50g onion
50g paprika
100g carrot
100g celery Spain
100g ajoporro
750mL water
50g coriander
15g garlic
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
Wash all the vegetables with soap and water.
Cut the pumpkin and carrot into pieces.
Julienne the onion, chives and bell pepper.
Also cut into pieces the chard and other green vegetables. You must be careful because sometimes it brings worms.
Now put a pot with water and add: pumpkin, carrot, chard, onion, onion, bell pepper and celery Spain let it cook until boiling.
Add salt and pepper to taste, as well as other spices.
Proceed to blend with a little water until the desired texture is achieved.
Cut the cilantro into small pieces and use it to garnish.
Serve in a cup and enjoy with your favorite beverage.

Ingredientes
150g acelga
100g cebollín
50g cebolla
50g pimentón
100g zanahoria
100g apio España
100g ajoporro
750mL agua
50g cilantro
15g ajo
Sal
Pimienta
Preparación
Lava todos los vegetales con agua y jabón
Corta en trozos la auyama y la zanahoria
Corta en juliana la cebolla, el cebollin y el pimentón.
También corta en trozos la acelga y los demás vegetales verdes. Debes tener cuidado porque a veces trae gusanitos.
Ahora pondrás una olla con agua e incorpora: auyama, zanahoria, acelga, cebolla, cebollin, pimentón y el apio España deja cocinar hasta ebullición.
Añade la sal.y pimienta al gusto, igual que otras especias.
Procede a licuar con un poquito de agua hasta lograr la textura deseada
Corta en pequeño trozos el cilantro y úsalo para decorar.
Sirve en una taza y disfruta con tu bebida favorita
Una de las grandes ventajas de esta sopa, es que es rica en hierro por la acelga ❤️💚
