Hello everyone, hope everyone is well. Today I am sharing a delicious curry recipe with eggplant and potatoes.I am going to tell you how to cook it easily in Bengali style.Let's see -
Ingredients:
Eggplant (2 pcs)
Potatoes (2 pcs)
Turmeric (1 teaspoon)
Salt (1 teaspoon)
Dry chili powder (1 teaspoon)
Cumin powder (1 teaspoon)
Soybean Oil (As per quantity)
Methods of making :
Chop the tomatoes and eggplants.
Put potatoes and eggplant in hot oil.After that
Add salt, turmeric and chilli powder as per instructions.
Mix everything together well.
Add water.
Cover the pan for boil the potatoes and eggplant.
Keep it in the oven for 4-5 minutes to dry the water.
Then take it down. Now it is ready to serve. This is how you can make this curry very easily.
