So today I am going to share with you a recipe for making beans in a slightly different way. That is the garlic bean tempura. Well then, let's see how to make it and what it takes.
Ingredients;
- 100g of beans
- A tablespoon of soya sauce
- Chopped half b onion
- Choped garlic
- Curry leaves
- Pandan leaves
- A piece of finely chopped ginger
- Two tablespoons of oil
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- A teaspoon of mustard seeds
- A teaspoon of sugar
- Half teaspoon of pepper
- Two teaspoons of chilli pieces
The method of making;
Cut the washed and cleaned beans lengthwise into one or one and a half inch pieces.
Heat a pan and add two tablespoons of oil and when the oil heats up, add mustard seeds.
Add chopped ginger, garlic, big onion,pandan leaves and curry leaves to it.
Stir everything for a while.
Now add salt, pepper and chilli pieces to it and stir well.
Now add the chopped beans.
Stir and add sugar.
Add one tablespoon of soy sauce.
Reduce the heat of the stove and mix for about three minutes and turn off the stove.
This garlic beans tempura is really delicious.Another thing is that it has more garlic, so it has more flavor.This dish is also suitable for serving lunch on a special occasion.
