¿ Por qué es importante la actividad física en nuestra salud ?
Why is physical activity important for our health? What do you do to stay active during your forties? Actually, I do exercises like boxing, kicking, balancing, yoga, stretching, I started doing them in December last year, I was overweight and now I feel better, I have more resistance, I feel great. ¿ Qué otros ejercicios aparte de las flexiones practicas y cuales te gustan más ?
What other exercises besides push-ups do you practice and which ones do you like the most? I practice Boxing, Kicking, Yoga, I love all of them because each one has its function in our body, besides strengthening our muscles. Yoga helps you relax by connecting body and mind.
