This is a thoughtful and probing piece. I think the subject of colonization (and decolonization) have great merit in today's conversations. And as you rightly discuss it is both mental and physical. As Bob Marley expands in his Redemption Song: "Emancipate Yourself from mental slavery, none but ourselves can free our minds." The liberation struggle against colonial formations will be with us for some time. I see communities like hive because of its roots in decentralization (an antihegemonic notion); and crypto assets (as symbols of one's control over one's as providing at least a notion that we can move towards full decolonization of mind, spirit and place). Well done!
