I was away from climbing for couple of years till a month ago that we decided to start goinig to climbing gym again at least once a week. As you may know we live in a village so the distance between us and the gym is about 50 kilometer. However it's a great opportunity for us. So far climbing not only improved my physical state but also my mental state.
I'm really passionate about this activity that's why I want to share more contents about the topic here on Hive..
