Amethyst for Clarity and Spiritual Awakening

Amethyst - from the depths of the earth - represents spiritual royalty. Working with purple amethyst can activate and accentuate our pineal gland, third eye, mind's eye - and our ear chakras. It can bring good fortune and clear sightedness and it can increase our claircognizance, clairsentience, clairvoyance etc. It is musical and resonates with certain frequencies. It also harmonizes connections between our throat chakra and our mind's eye, so that we can transmit any messages that come out through our third eye out into the world, through voice and through song, for example.

How can it be worn and for what reasons?

Purple amethyst can help us make decisions, setting aims and goals, and targets. Amethyst cuts through lies and deception and allows us to trust our gut feelings - our intuition - especially when we are making decisions from the heart, and when we feel most vulnerable. The head, the heart, the gut work together in a trifecta of mutual support helping to form the pillar of light that runs through your body.

For people at the beginning of their healing journey and their spiritual awakening, the amethyst is not only beautiful, peaceful, and calming, but purple is a very enriching deep colour. It can help you attune to your inner voice, your inner knowing. We can use to recalibrate and rebalance our thoughts, our emotions and our intentions. As the great awakening gathers in speed we are taking on more information and more energy - the Schumann resonance, solar storms, - the spiking. This causes imbalances in our head, especially when we think too much or default to the monkey mind (the ego) to try to logically rationalise that which cannot be logically rationalized. The amethyst brings up back to our own gifts, to our own psychic abilities, to our own clairvoyance. It's a trusted friend, readily available.

Clarity and Expansion

After about 10 minutes of holding an amethyst in your receiving (left) hand, you may feel an expansion in your head. The energy around you, your etheric body, your light body, your astral body (ALL THE SAME THING) is expanded and this is linked to our emotional, physical and mental needs. Amethysts can deal with every layer of our energetic body. It will also allow a clear channel through your crown chakra to your third eye. It clears out any particles that are unwanted or unneeded at this time. You can ask it to help clear out any debris, any distortions any programming that is ready to be lifted. This will allow more light, more information, more truth, more downloads to come into your awareness, to expand your consciousness, to evolve your consciousness - and to evolve your awareness beyond what you think today.

Spiritual Awakening

Awakening has no end goal. It is an infinite process of death/ rebirth, light/ dark, yin/ yang, divine masculine/ divine feminine and currently we are reaching the end of a 26,000 year cycle of entropy. We are all seeing entropy of old ideas. Also, in our everyday lives old programming, social and educational conditioning are coming up for clearing and we are being asked to observe those things and to wish them well, to thank them, be grateful for the lessons and experiences they afforded us. We can be grateful for the wisdom we gained that could only be enabled within the duality, within the 3d matrix. But now we can allow what no longer serves us to leave. Negative distortions - which are heavy energetically (they have a lower or discordant frequency band) - leave the physical body by transmuting into something lighter or something that is of service to others polarity, for example. We transmute our pain into service, into love, into creativity.

So we take each experience - be it good or bad - and we learn a lesson, more wisdom, more experience. That wisdom, that experience - is the transmutation of that thought and that density is no longer needed, so sometimes when negative thoughts come up in our awareness we should not attach to them - they do not belong to us. They have been in our field of energy - in our field of experience and in our understanding for a long time. We need not fear them. We must love them and wish them well. And this can cause an expansion and also an upgrade in our memory fields.

After about 15 minutes holding an amethyst in your hand, you will start to experience more clarity and will have less scattered thoughts. You may be able to see images - brief images, or hear information meant for you. But you should feel calm and peaceful with this. It should not be a scattered, hectic and chaotic energy. Your head will feel much clearer and possibly your throat chakra too. As I mentioned before, amethyst liaises with your throat chakra. It can liaise with all chakras. It's an intelligent crystal (all crystals are super intelligent - they hold all the memories of the earth as frozen light). They work with the crystals already in your body - your bones, your blood and in our etheric, light bodies which are crystalline in structure also.

You'll also maybe feel taller, because this is your soul that is expanding in this density. This is the light and love expanding in your fields. We have been so dumbed down into thinking that we are just this mortal flesh and bones and it's caused us to play small, to feel small, to get caught up in the victim- saviour template - thinking that we need something outside of us to save us, but the truth is that we are our own saviours and once we understand this - once we innerstand this, everything changes. If we spend just a little time each day just checking in with ourselves - like TRULY checking in. It doesn't have to be long- start off with 5 minutes, ten minutes, fifteen minutes.

It allows you to dismiss things that do not belong in or to your awareness. Every day when we go into the vortex of and with other people, when we go shopping, when we go out to football games, or wherever we go to socialize, to shop or to eat. And we come into contact with other energetic fields and if we have not given ourselves sufficient energetic protection, strengthened our energetic fields, we can be compromised, can have leak in or energetic fields. This can allow others to syphon energy from you unwittingly. This is sometimes why we may feel low, feel tired. If you do not practice spiritual hygiene, you may feel low have feelings that you don't associate with yourself.

The Amethyst will help bring you back to yourself too. That is the only true goal of a spiritual awakening.
