Dash Out Sunday Week #4 ( The Food Pic Contest) / Rice, beef and salad

In the community of ReggaeJahm is being held weekly, every Sunday, by @dmilliz, a fun contest in which everyone can participate, this is: Dash Out Sunday Week #4 ( The Food Pic Contest ).

It is very easy to be present as a participant in this activity and have the possibility of winning some of the prizes, in addition, you can learn about the cuisine of other countries, and even things that we have no idea that exist or that can be joined. This is my second participation, and I'm going with the next course:

It's a plate with the following:

Rice, seasoned with garlic, oil, vinegar and a touch of salt, and when served I spread butter on it.
Cabbage and carrot salad. This one particularly I like very much, it is a sweet salad, seasoned with mustard, mayonnaise, sugar and salt.
Beefsteak, seasoned with pepper, salt, barbecue sauce (BBC) and a touch of mustard. BBC sauce predominates, obviously.

Obviously, as usual, it takes longer to cook than to eat, but it's worth it.
