But for the glory of God he always provides us. observing some Rastafarian food parameters, they focus on preserving health through food, not refined or processed foods, emphasizing the greater consumption of fruits and vegetables, which I think is excellent are economical foods and provide us with more energy for this Reason today I want to introduce you to a delicious Vegetable whose consumption is very common in the Island of Jamaica and has become the companion of salads soups among others and this is Callaloo this plant vegetable is native to Trinidad and Tobago Dominica and Jamaica ..

You know some Jamaicans and Japanese started growing it here. I will hopefully have a some soon thanks to my friend. Does it grow in Venezuela?
