STREET ART #103 - Terje Andersen in Kristiansand (Norway)

in StreetArt3 years ago

01.jpg

Just a few weeks ago I was back in Hånes, one of the districts in the outskirts of Kristiansand. These murals are new. They were not here last time I was in Hånes which was some time in march this year. The artist is Terje Andersen, who also did another painting on the oposite side oft he street.

This square bulding has murals on all four walls. These two has a deep blue background and shows a woman in the water, keeping her face right above the surface. There are pipes beneath her or they might be on the bottom of the ocean.

«We run this shit show»

On one of the walls there's a boy sitting on the toilet. When turning around the corner to the last wall, there's a rat. All are beautifully painting.

I have done a post some time ago with the paintings Terje Andersen did on a sign at the petrol station on the other side of the road. The title «The Escape» also has to do with pollution and waste.
