Rumblings have been heard around the universe, more and more moons are being created in Moon Universe 2! Battles are going on, players move up and down the ranks, and our scientists continue to process, study and analyze all the incoming data.

And it has paid off! The scientists have drafted an encyclical; pop a cold one and read up on a bit of lore behind some technical changes to how the universe now works:
A Quantum Revelation - Quantum Bounty!
For centuries, commanders across the cosmos watched as the violent aftermath of fleet engagements coalesced into new celestial bodies - moons born from the twisted metal and shattered hulls of war. It was a beautiful, terrible transformation, but one that came at a cost: the debris itself, potentially salvageable by swift and daring pilots, was consumed entirely in the gravitational crucible of moon formation.
Everything changed when the research teams at the Interstellar Institute of Quantum Mechanics made their recent breakthrough.
Deep within their orbital laboratories, studying the precise moment of lunar coalescence, the scientists discovered something extraordinary: the quantum signatures of debris existed in a state of superposition during moon formation. The matter was simultaneously consumed and preserved, collapsing into only one state due to observational interference from our standard scanning arrays.
By recalibrating fleet sensors to maintain quantum coherence throughout the formation process, they achieved the impossible. Now, when gravitational forces pull debris into a newborn moon, the material persists in both states - locked into the lunar mass while remaining available for salvage operations. The moon forms, solid and exploitable, yet the debris field remains, shimmering with quantum instability but perfectly harvestable.
This discovery has sent shockwaves through every fleet command in known space. Battle sites that once forced commanders to choose between moon formation and debris collection now offer both rewards simultaneously. The debris clouds hang in space like ghostly echoes of destruction, their quantum nature allowing them to exist alongside their gravitational offspring.
The scientists call it "quantum bounty." Commanders simply call it a gift from the cosmos; a rare moment when the universe's fundamental laws align in favor of those brave enough to venture into the aftermath of war.
So these settings have been updated accordingly, and already commanders are taking advantage of the quantum bounty in the wider universe. This is, as they say, "the good news" for just when the the scientists were celebrating this revelation.... an incoming message from the deep cosmos.....

Through the use of quantum entanglement we got this immediate emergency broadcast in just as this update was going out.
By calculating the estimated distance of the signal and its replication throughout the universe at the speed of light c.... that means that galaxy 1 will explode approximately.... at post payout, 7 days from publication of this post.
Copy sir
:) sounds cool! moon to the moon!
...how does one evacuate?
The idea is to get colony planets in galaxies 2-9 and withdraw your fleets from galaxy 1 as an imminent galactic threat will wipe out all planets there. This is the unique feature of this universe of Moon - definitely thank you for asking questions!
Gotcha. So I can colonize in those galaxies just like in galaxy 1
Absolutely!
Is it possible to abandon a colony? I "can only have 3 planets" says the message when I try to colonize in the other galaxy.
Sorry for the late reply! Yes, you can delete planet by clicking its name in the Overview screen, which is the same place where you would rename a planet.
I hope this helps!
Tick tack tick tack...
Just testing a little thing for myself.
So, here's a question I'll ask my scientists....
With our homeworld gone, does that mean we will choose one of our colonies to be our new home, and will that in turn give us the ability to create a new colony to replace the "promoted" one ?
Yes, it will free up a slot! Planets in-game are ordered by time of colonization, so the oldest colony left will become main planet.
Just want to put this here...

2.Don't Push "Up"
In the spirit of fair and fun play, we encourage all forms of team work, especially outward and downwards in points, and this includes in-game resources. We will attempt to make game conditions to support this type of teamwork - and avoid game conditions that support snowball strategies. The top player's points will determine the limits of pushing, and it should generally be encouraged that players with less points than the top player do anything they find fun to "catch up".
We cannot monitor or evaluate outside transactions of tangible or intangible nature, so players are permitted to gift, trade, bargain or buy in-game assets out of game.
Don't worry @huckleberrie, the game is all yours... get all the PIZZA you want.
I am done... if there is no banning when I never cheated... what's the point?
Have fun...
Hey, @hurtlocker ... I am out too!
How are things?
Did a great deal of taking advantage of your inactive worlds, but because of the ultimate cheating, I can't stop... I decide to show my...
it's enough...
Once things are to my standards... I will get back.
It's a fun game! How to fully stop pushing is a tough one.
I wonder if there is some way there could be a like a community voted penalty or something?
Then it would be a community managed standard which would be up to the gamers!
Could not agree more... I had fun back in the days. And back then, I could also cheat if I wanted to, but because I was a hacker into the HTTP protocol, and loved discovery, I chose to have fun and just observe... while most of the people back then didn't even know how to exploit HTTP.
Now... those people disappeared. It's sad... But I will keep my roots!
And I continue to keep growing planets for other players to get resources.
The game was stated at the start as free for all.
Your own alliance runs multiple accounts by players.
None of your alliance would have grown the way they did IF they did not attack the fodder accounts thrown in.
What is the point? Why playing then? The game rules clearly say no pushing...
I have quit the aliance too. I like to play with rules... because without them, there is no fun.
I could just create 1000's of accounts and basically populate the entire universes... and simply end the game for everyone. I don't have the time or the patience to do that, nor desire that because the game would not be fun anymore.
Again, what is the point? PIZZA? Really?
If people create posts or invite new Hive people, they will win more. And playing this game should be all about inviting new players. But many don't understand it.
No you could not make those accounts and crush the game. Do not lie. You could never manage 1000 accounts.
The point I make is. There is not enough players that will play.
Without the fodder accounts. there is nothing.
As for the Pizza, It will not come to me. or any account I have. I am not participating to get a prize.
Players will not play when they have nothing to attack.
I could create 1000 accounts, yes, easy... But yes, I would not have patience to manage all of them for sake of just winning my point, but its possible and some people would have the patience to do it, and that would take anyone a lot of time to populate all the universe manually logging with each account, but automating the login via a script on a browser is possible via some automation tools (so I guess depends on how skilled people would be). I was mentioning this as an attack vector to the game and not as an economic mechanic attack vector where one would need to create resources, etc... and manage the resources... instead populating all the universe defies the problem you are just trying to bring into the table, which is not enough users. And my point is, "you still don't have enough real users" by doing some fake accounts to create resources for people to attack.
Either way, the point like you said is that we don't have enough users. But being open and transparent about why these things exist is much better way to convince people to stay around than just trying to fake up strategies behind the scenes, which gradually will make people understand that there is no point of playing. This is my view! You are happy to disagree.
I don't agree... for example, I like to play with the economies of scale and dislike constantly attacking. So at least you have 1 person that does not fit into that format, and in fact, there are others that I know that would prefer to not even attack too, because they just want to explore how the game works and go through the mechanics of the economics of the game.
I have not attacked any active and I would like to see a server that 1 account 1 player and no attacks for the first two months. This would let accounts have some growth and a distance between top and bottom establish. So a casual player, and those playing just to support the game have a chance to learn some parts of the game before getting destroyed.
From my point of view,
It takes from the time this server began until now. a Little more time. Before Moon shots can be offered to players for PIZZA.
Though I put the effort to this. I stated right from the start. This PIZZA cost goes back to the PIZZA hut or null. Or maybe to be used as the prize pool for the next server. There is much more detail to this than the effort to type is worth. No one cares of my thoughts. All have a preconcluded mind of what I think.
I do not have much in the way of disagreement with you as the game goes and a decent way to play. Maybe a player cannot attack the same player more than once per month. We can find many ways to help the game retain more players. I do not know which ones are fair.
Voting with PIZZA staked for decisions on the game as it goes would be interesting... for example. Or use HP+PIZZA combined value for example... and then things would change as per voted players playing the game.
And players vote would only count if not inactive, or in VM, and would need to be playing for at least 30 days.
Those rules will be more interesting in my view. Instead of just mentioning "Don't push up" and then basically contradicting the title of the rule on the following text.
There will be even less accounts by the time your Bully alliance-mates like @sm-pro ruin the game for peeps. There needs to be some sort of guardrails for toxic gameplay behavior (consistent beating of an already dead horse/impossible to recover).
They were attacked first.
Examine what you say about others and reflect.
There would be much more accounts with much higher resources available. If others did not constantly attack the same accounts non stop.
SM pro gets no help from me. The toxicity is all from you. You just want to cry and bitch about others,
Stop being a pussy and man up.
It was cool when the other ones attacking were killing SM Pro fleets and plundering resources, He did not cry and bitch about it. He strategized and overcame.
For your attack on me.
Feel the pain. Ye simp.
Why are you feeling so attacked? None of my comment was directed at you lmao ; it was at sm-pro, I was just sharing experience with one of your alliance mates ; I never claimed you to be helping them out in any way, you've not done anything to me. But maybe if you had been in my position; you'd learn to have some compassion/empathy before being toxic yourself. This game is imperfect & requires more balance is all I was ever saying + agreeing with others on a similar matter. Seems your whole crew has a bunch of toxic behaviors. The game needs to reduce the frequency of attacks allowed against the same account within a single day because someone like sm-pro who spends most his life on this game and/or bots easily makes it impossible for others to recover who may not even be able to get on every day or more than once. I managed to out-strategize him anyways, but there still needs to be some changes within the game to reduce bully tactics. Easy for you to just say "Shut up grow a pair" when you at the top of the list & hardly have to experience getting attacked/can guarantee you never experienced the beatdown frequency I have xD Grow a pair of eyes and learn to read. Probably gonna take this entire message out of context as well.
