Family is one of the most beautiful things you have and that is why you have to make the most of it, share every moment you can and especially always have them present there. I have a big family and of course many of them are cousins of different ages and many of them are still here in Venezuela as others who have had to leave because of the same situation, however, we still have them present at every moment and that is why I have always surrounded myself with many cousins. We have pictures since we were very young in the different family houses when we used to get together, either to have coffee or to celebrate anything and no matter how many years go by, each one of those pictures we take together will be worth a lot.
La familia es una de las cosas más bonitas que uno tiene y por eso se tiene que aprovechar al máximo, compartir de cada momento que se pueda y en especial siempre tenerlos presentes allí. Tengo una gran familia y por supuesto que muchos de ellos son primos de diferentes edades y muchos de ellos aún están aquí en Venezuela como a otros que les ha tocado marchar por la misma situación, sin embargo, aún lo tenemos presente en cada momento y por eso siempre me he rodeado de muchos primos. Tenemos fotos desde muy pequeños en las distintas casas de la familia cuando nos reuníamos, hacía sea para tomar café o festejar cualquier cosa y no importar los años que pasen, ya que cada una de esas fotos que nos tomemos juntos valdrán mucho.
Although each one has his own personality and is aware of his day to day, that does not separate us and from time to time we can see each other and say hello to each other. This first photo that I share with you I don't remember my exact age, but I was probably about 6 or 7 years old, where that year my grandmother had a large plot of land and every so often we would gather there to make food, play and that photo you can notice my two cousins who are younger than me, however, you can see the face of happiness and joy that we all have as children and we played with anything we could find. What a time and I still remember from all that day, since we were from morning until afternoon hours in that big field and in some cases we all stayed in that big house of my grandmother.
Aunque cada uno tiene su personalidad y está pendiente de su día a día, eso no nos separa y de vez en cuando podemos vernos y poder saludarnos entre todos. Esta primera foto que les comparto no recuerdo mi edad exacta, pero seguramente tendría unos 6 o 7 años, donde ese año mi abuela tenía un gran terreno y cada cierto tiempo nos reuníamos allí para hacer comida, jugar y esa foto pueden notar a mis dos primos que son menores que yo, sin embargo, se nota la cara de felicidad y alegría que todos tenemos al ser niños y se jugaba con cualquier cosa que se encontraba. Vaya momento y aún recuerdo de todo ese día, ya que estábamos desde la mañana hasta horas de la tarde en ese gran terreno y en algunos casos todos nos quedábamos en esa gran casa de mi abuela.
The next picture was also at my grandmother's house and it is that older person who is there with us, no doubt that day more cousins gathered and so we were a big group, which were moments of great happiness and joy, because being all at an age like that could play any game that involved us all and to spend hours of fun and laughter. As my mom said, that day was the birthday of one of my cousins and that's why the celebration was bigger and we could all be together as a big family, and we were all happy and enjoying those years of childhood.
La siguiente foto también fue en casa de mi abuela y es esa persona mayor que sale allí junto a nosotros, sin duda ese día más primos se reunieron y por eso éramos un gran grupo, la cual eran momentos de mucha felicidad y alegría, ya que al estar todos un una edad como esa se podían jugar cualquier juego donde nos involucrara a todos y poder pasar horas de diversión y mucha risa. Por lo que comentó mi mamá, ese día estaba cumpliendo uno de mis primos y por eso la celebración era más grande y poder estar todos reunidos como una gran familia, además todos felices y disfrutando de esos años de la niñez.
More reunions were coming, but one changes and no longer likes to appear in the photos and that is why it was almost impossible to take a picture all together or to meet all together, since each one goes his own way, the good thing is that the cousins who are in the first photos are still in Venezuela and that is why we can still recreate that great photo. This last photo that I share with you is much more recent from this year and you can see that we have all grown up and without a doubt we still keep that great tradition of being able to get together and know that the family is still growing.
Más reuniones fueron llegando, pero uno cambia y ya no le gusta aparecer en las fotos y por eso era casi imposibles poder tomarnos una foto todos juntos o que nos reuniéramos todos juntos, puesto que cada uno toma su camino, lo bueno es que los primos que están en las primeras fotos aún están en Venezuela y por eso aun podemos volver a recrear esa gran foto. Esta última foto que les comparto es mucho más reciente de este año y se nota que todos hemos crecido y sin duda aún conservamos esa gran tradición de poder reunirse y saber que la familia sigue creciendo.
Each one of those reunions where uncles, cousins, grandparents are present, are unique and it is something to be highly valued, for the very fact of having them here together with us and being able to enjoy them and spend great moments. Today I share with you each one of those photos that are part of the family's memories and it is very nice to have them and later, when we are all grown up, to see that face of happiness and joy that represents us all.
Cada una de esas reuniones donde están presentes los tíos, los primos, los abuelos, son únicas y es algo que se tiene que valorar mucho, por el mismo hecho de poder tenerlos aquí juntos a nosotros y poder disfrutar de ellos y poder pasar grandes momentos. Hoy les comparto cada una de esas fotos que forman parte del recuerdo de la familia y es muy bonito poder tenerlas y que más adelante, cuando todos estemos grandes ver esa cara de felicidad y alegría que nos representa a todos.
