Day 2631 | Push, Pull, & Squat

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Last week was one where I got the daily Weight Lifting goals right doing 100 incline bench presses each day while increasing the weight and after adding Squats, I now also added 1 Pull Up for every 5 bench presses. However, I once again failed when it came down to my food intake which got me to gain some more weight and I also skipped on my hot yoga classes. So there is a lot still I need to improve upon and I want to fully regain my focus in October which is just a couple days away.

New Day Goals: I don't feel best today after a poor eating day while staying up late at night so I'm going to make monday in somewhat of a slow recovery day with the focus on healthy food and maybe a walk once I got passed the work I'm planning to do.
