Greetings to everyone in the Lifestyle community! Today I'm joining you to share a new adventure in my daily life. I'm officially on vacation, although in theory, I'm never really on vacation because there's always something to do. Proof of this is that I'm always as active as possible on the Hive platform (I try to post daily) and I still find time to work on my own projects. At least I believe that everyone should always have space for their own ideas, something that's more than just a hobby and can materialize into something real. Because of this, I've been working on a new project that my sister and I have been planning for quite some time. I think this year has been incredibly busy and meaningful, and there's still more to do.
So, on Wednesday, I left home very early to pick up a package that had arrived for something my sister and I have in mind to create. I'm not giving too much information because we're still building everything, trying to make the final product the best it can be. So, having said that, I'll say that I waited about a month for the package to arrive. What I didn't know was that its location wasn't exactly as described on Google Maps. So I took public transportation to the old address, and unfortunately, I only realized what I mentioned in the last line once I was there. Once there, i decided to walk to the location, unaware that it was actually farther than i thought.
¡Saludos a todos en la comunidad de Lifestyle! El día de hoy me uno por aquí para compartir con ustedes una nueva aventura en mi día a día. Les cuento que estoy oficialmente de vacaciones, aunque en teoría, nunca estoy de vacaciones pues siempre hay algo que hacer. Prueba de ello es que siempre estoy lo más activa posible en la plataforma de Hive (trato de publicar diariamente) y tengo alguno que otro momento para hacer mis propios proyectos. Al menos yo creo que uno debe tener siempre un espacio para sus propias ideas, algo que funcione más que un hobby y se materialice en algo real. A raíz de ello, en estos días estuve trabajando en un nuevo proyecto que tengo bastante tiempo planificando con mi hermana. Creo que este año ha sido súper movido y significativo, aún quedan cosas por hacer.
Así que el día miércoles, salí bien temprano de mi casa para ir a buscar un paquete que había llegado para lo que mi hermana y yo tenemos en mente crear. Si no doy demasiada información es porque todavía estamos construyendo cada cosa, tratando de que el producto final sea el mejor. Así que dicho esto, diré que estuve más o menos un mes esperando que llegara el paquete. Lo que no sabía es que, su ubicación no era exacta en la descripción de Google dónde dicen que queda su sede. Así que tome un transporte para llegar a la vieja dirección y con tan mala suerte que me di cuenta de lo que comenté en la última línea solo hasta que estuve allí. Estando allí solamente decidí caminar hasta el lugar, pero sin saber que realmente se encontraba más lejos de lo que pensaba.
I must have walked for about 30 or 40 minutes before I finally arrived. I don't like walking, but I had to. The problem was the weather; my city is very hot, and even the morning sun is intense. I didn't enjoy that much, but when I finally got inside to receive my delivery, I felt a great sense of relief. Once everything was in order with the shipment and all the procedures, I went straight to find a taxi to go home. My partner and I managed to get home with those packages, and we could barely walk properly because they were so cumbersome. When I got home, I rested a bit before opening everything up. I'm excited to show you this new project soon, along with some other things I know will be very useful. That's all for now, thank you so much for stopping by.
Debo haber caminado unos 30 o 40 minutos cuando finalmente llegué al lugar. Caminar no me gusta, pero debía hacerlo, la cuestión aquí fue el clima pues mi ciudad es muy caliente y hasta el sol de la mañana es intenso. Eso no lo disfrute mucho, pero cuando por fin pude entrar para recibir mi entrega, sentí mucha satisfacción. Cuando todo estuve en orden con respecto al envío y todo el protocolo, salí directo a tomar buscar el taxi para ir a casa. Cómo pudimos, mi pareja y yo llegamos casa con esos paquetes y apenas y podíamos caminar bien porque eran estorbosas. Al llegar a casa descanse un poco antes de abrir todo. Estoy emocionada por mostrarles pronto este nuevo proyecto, además de algunas cosas que se que van a ser muy útiles. Sin más que decir, muchísimas gracias por pasar por aquí.
