Mis apreciados amigos, reciban mi cordial saludo como siempre, y mis deseos de buena salud y bienestar para todos, hoy les quiero mostrar, un día maravilloso en mi vida, les cuento porque, el pasado 15 de este mes de noviembre, nuestros niños del programa de atención nutricional asistieron a su almuerzo sumamente contentos por recibir su almuerzo balanceado, es una gran satisfacción para mí que tengo años coordinando esta actividad y para las personas que están trabajando conmigo en ella, que realmente podamos ayudar a estos niños semanalmente y que podamos brindar información al respecto, dar a conocer la obra que estamos realizando para tratar de propiciar en otros esta realidad y que puedan iniciar actividades parecidas para ayudar o contribuir al bienestar de los niños de sus comunidades.

I tell you why, on November 15, our children from the program of nutritional care attended their lunch extremely happy to receive their balanced lunch, it is a great satisfaction for me that I have been coordinating this activity for years and for the people who are working with me on it, that we can really help these children weekly and that we can provide information in this regard, to make known the work we are doing to try to promote this reality in others and so that they can initiate similar activities to help or contribute to the well-being of the children in their communities.
.Como ya les había mencionado anteriormente, esta es un actividad que realiza el Rotari Cumanagoto, en Cumaná- Sucre- Venezuela, es un trabajo continuo, que no para, debemos buscar ayuda, permanecer en contacto con otras personas que quieran ayudar y multiplicar esta actividad, buscar ayuda en relación con los insumos prestarse a preparar los alimentos con cariño con amor y llevarlo a los niños para que lo puedan consumir y puedan cubrir esta alimentación balanceada que tanto necesitan en esta edad del preescolar recuerden que la edad de preescolar es una de las edades digamos más difíciles de los niños porque es, donde todas las cosas que pasen ya sean bien o mal no se borran jamás, cualquier lesión que suceda cerebral por falta de alimentación en el niño esa no se recupera jamás la desnutrición no perdona en esta etapa de la vida infantil debemos tomar conciencia de esto. es importante cada vez que mostramos una fotografía haciendo este tipo de actividades no es para lucirnos para que vean lo que hacemos sino para propiciar esa motivación en otros para poder hacer grandes grupos y poder ayudar al engrandecimiento de nuestras naciones de nuestros países nuestro granito de arena es sumamente importante.

Esta semana servimos una rica carne molida preparada con variedad de vegetales, y una pasta para mezclar con esta rica salsa a los niños les encanta la pasta con este tipo de salsa muy bien preparada con muchos vegetales y siempre lo dicen !ah y esta es mi parte preferida¡, bueno es bonito escuchar esto, y ver esas imágenes de los niños sonriendo recibiendo su almuerzo lo dicen todo es algo maravilloso, la sonrisa de los niños y la atención que presta cuando reciben sus alimentos, es una ventaja realmente poder contribuir de esta manera al crecimiento y desarrollo de niños necesitados, siempre será un privilegio y una alegría inmensa poder ayudar a estos niños, ojala y muchas más personas se sumen a ayudar de corazón.
This week we served a delicious ground meat prepared with a variety of vegetables, and a pasta to mix with this delicious sauce. The children love pasta with this type of sauce, very well prepared with many vegetables and they always say it! Oh and this is my favorite part, well it's nice to hear this, and to see those images of the children smiling receiving their lunch say it all, it's something wonderful, the children's smile and the attention they pay when they receive their food, it's really an advantage to be able to contribute this way to the growth and development of children in need, it will always be a privilege and an immense joy to be able to help these children, I hope many more people join in to help from the bottom of their hearts.
