Friends, today I want to share with you a very special event: the presentation of my special degree project, also known as "the thesis." It has been a long journey to get to this point, so I am overwhelmed with joy and happiness at having reached the end of my university career.
Mi presentación estaba prevista para las 10 de la mañana así que ya a las 6 me estaba preparando y mi mamá me maquillo quedé muy bella jajaja no sabía que mi mamá sabía maquillar,no desayunamos porque no tenías ganas de comer estaba muy nerviosa.
My presentation was scheduled for 10 a.m., so I was getting ready at 6 a.m. My mom did my makeup and I looked really pretty, ha ha ha. I didn't know my mom knew how to do makeup. We didn't have breakfast because I didn't feel like eating. I was very nervous.
Mi hermano nos acompañó así que manejo el carro de mi mamá hasta la universidad que se ubica aproximadamente a 2 horas de mi hogar,el viaje fue bueno me gustó recibir el aire fresco del llano en el rostro,no dije ni una sola palabra durante el viaje jajaja estaba un poco nerviosa y solo pensaba en la presentación.
My brother accompanied us, so he drove my mom's car to the university, which is about two hours from my home. The trip was nice; I enjoyed the fresh air of the plains on my face. I didn't say a single word during the trip, ha ha ha. I was a little nervous and could only think about the presentation.
Bueno llegué súper temprano así mi mamá como le encanta la fotografía fue a tomarle foto a toda la universidad pues mi universidad es bastante grande y se situa entre montañas,por mi parte me senté en una sillita jajaja de lo nervios.
Well, I arrived super early, so my mom, who loves photography, went to take pictures of the whole university, because my university is quite large and is located in the mountains. As for me, I sat down on a little chair, ha ha ha, because I was so nervous.
Pasó una hora y como ya habían colocado las decoraciones le dije a mi mamá para tomarnos unas fotos con el fotógrafo profesional el cual cobro una tarifa de 3 fotografías por 8$ ..me tome una foto yo sola , otra con mi mamá y otra con mi hermano, quedaron muy preciosas por acá se las dejos.
An hour passed, and since they had already put up the decorations, I asked my mom if we could take some photos with the professional photographer, who charged $8 for three photos. I took one photo of myself, another with my mom, and another with my brother. They turned out really nice. Here they are.
Luego por fin llegó el momento de la presentación,nunca había experimentado tanto nervios en mi vida, además me había preocupado porque faltaban minutos y mi compañera de tesis no había llegado aún jeje pero lo bueno es que llegó justo a tiempo.
Then finally it was time for the presentation. I had never been so nervous in my life. I was also worried because there were only minutes left and my thesis partner hadn't arrived yet, haha, but luckily she arrived just in time.
Y bueno al momento de defender la tesis lo hicimos muy bien y cuando llegó el instante de dar las gracias lloré jajaja ( soy muy llorona) pero es que se me removieron las emociones porque estoy muy agradecida con mi mamá.
Well, when it came time to defend the thesis, we did very well, and when it was time to give thanks, I cried, ha ha ha (I cry very easily), but it's just that I was overcome with emotion because I am so grateful to my mom.
Luego de mucha felicitaciones y alegrías,luego de haber culminado mi presentación y de haber tomado muchas fotografías,mi mamá y mi hermano me invitaron a comer en pollo Rico, un nuevo restaurante que inauguraron cerca de donde me encuentro residenciada actualmente.
After many congratulations and celebrations, after finishing my presentation and taking lots of photos, my mom and brother invited me to eat at Pollo Rico, a new restaurant that opened near where I currently live.
Y bueno así transcurrió uno de los mejores días que he vivido hasta ahora, gracias amigos por leerme estoy muy porque académicamente soy licenciada en comunicación social,nos vemos en la próxima oportunidad bye bye

Muchas felicidades, que fino, no todos entienden el sacrificio que suele haber detrás de una vida académica, imagino que en unos meses viene la entrega de titulo...
También estoy estudiando comunicación social y hace un mes aproximadamente presenté mi TEG para TSU en producción audiovisual, me faltan 2 años para poder decirte "colega". Jejeje

Felicidades por este gran logro, los nervios que tenías es algo normal, recuerdo el día de mi tesis me puse pálida, yo decía que se me bajaba la tensión y hasta vomité de los nervios jajaja.
