En el transcurrir de mi vida, he pasado por muchos momentos buenos y malos, se asemejaban a una montaña rusa, de altos y bajos, que me hacían salir de mi confort, me sepultaban en el fondo del abismo, hundiéndome en la depresión, angustia y agudizando mis patologías.
Sin embargo, cada vez que caía en esa fosa, buscabas motivos que me impulsarán a seguir adelante, caminando y salir a flote, no podía quedarme en ese estado.
Entendí con el tiempo, que hacerme un cariño, ayudarme un poquito, me hacia sentir bien, me producía una sensación agradable, confortable y de alegría.
Es por ello, que cada vez que me siento así, procuro siempre complacerme con algo o sencillamente hacerme algo, sin técnicas que me han ayudado en el tiempo, le he sumado otros elementos, que pronto les contaré.
Entonces, agarre el viernes me fui al supermercado del Centro comercial Miranda, dónde venden cosméticos, me compré un champú, un acondicionador, un baño de crema hidratante, tinte, agua oxigenada y procedi hacerme un cariñito a mi cabello.
Pues, mi hija menor Valery, se puso a pintarme el cabello, José me cortó las puntas, falta secarmelo, pronto lo haré, y también me maquille, tenía muchísimo tiempo que no sabía que era eso.
Así, que poco a poco va desapareciendo una parte de todos esos males, en el nombre de Dios todo mejorará y sanaré completamente 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

However, every time I fell into that pit, you were looking for reasons that would push me to move forward, walking and get out afloat, I could not stay in that state.
I understood with time, that giving me some affection, helping me a little bit, made me feel good, gave me a pleasant, comfortable and joyful sensation.
That is why, every time I feel like that, I always try to please myself with something or simply do something to myself, without techniques that have helped me over time, I have added other elements, which I will soon tell you about.
So, on Friday I went to the supermarket in the Miranda Mall, where they sell cosmetics, I bought a shampoo, a conditioner, a bath of moisturizer, dye, hydrogen peroxide and I proceeded to give my hair a little treat.
Well, my youngest daughter Valery, started to paint my hair, Jose cut the ends, I still have to dry it, I will do it soon, and I also put make-up on my hair, I didn't know what that was for a long time.
So, little by little a part of all these evils is disappearing, in the name of God everything will improve and I will be completely healed 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
