I continue to work on myself, looking for a better version of myself and for that training is necessary, that's why I keep attending my personal growth workshops and today I share with you how was my experience in the NLP for Human Excellence Workshop! ✨
This new workshop was held in the facilities of the Cillero, in the city of Cumaná-Venezuela 🇻🇪, this time we were only 9 participants and the theme of the course was: NLP for human excellence, I had had the opportunity to conduct NLP courses but at the business level for the study of behavior in customer service, however this workshop was focused on NLP for personal growth.
Iniciamos con unas dinámicas geniales de concentración, luego seguimos con conocimientos básicos de PNL y el relato de algunas experiencias personales tanto del facilitador como de los participantes respecto a la inteligencia emocional, composición de la consciencia y la construcción diaria de nuestra personalidad.🤓
The workshop started at 9 am, once again, Professor Rodolfo Martinez who is the leader of the Alto Impacto Academy was in charge of teaching. When we arrived, the audiovisual material was ready, as well as a printed guide and free pages to write down our impressions, he gave us a small chocolate bonbon that, according to his experience, anchors us to the mnemonic with the content of the workshop.
We started with some great concentration dynamics, then we continued with basic knowledge of NLP and the narration of some personal experiences of both the facilitator and the participants regarding emotional intelligence, the composition of consciousness and the daily construction of our personality.🤓
After a couple of hours of wonderful information we went to a coffee break where we enjoyed an exquisite coffee with milk and cookies, we took advantage of this time to get to know each other, each one with different personalities but without a doubt all incredible people, full of energy and good vibes. 😊☕
In the second block of the workshop we started with basic theories of Neurolinguistic Programming, some methods and techniques of application, its importance for our human development, it is great how through words, gestures or emotions we can improve our quality of life, improve our ability to communicate effectively with people and express positively our emotions and feelings, no doubt we are what we attract to us, so if we act and communicate positively we attract blessings, here is the importance of the application of NLP in our life because it helps us to foster a path full of success and beautiful things! 📝
