Llegar a este momento tan importante del cuarto año de la carrera y haber podido cumplir con cada uno de los requerimientos de las prótesis, es realmente un momento lleno de gran satisfacción puesto que se requiere mucho esfuerzo, paciencia, perseverancia, resiliencia para lograr cada uno de los objetivos planteados, así como también la responsabilidad de pacientes comprometidos, que puedan llevar a cabo la participación en cada una de las consultas, para hacer los procedimientos realmente, es una etapa muy satisfactoria de mi vida, que gracias a dios he podido culminar les explicaré todo el proceso vivido en esta publicación.

La primera prótesis la inicié justamente el año pasado, en noviembre debía realizarle cuatro operatorias, mi paciente llamada Lucía realmente una paciente con mucha disposición a la consulta odontológica, no tenia dinero para poder pagar su prótesis pero gracias a Dios y a esta plataforma de Hive pude reunir todo el dinero necesario para cancelar la prótesis así como también para poder comprar cada uno de los materiales necesarios de impresión, que se necesitan para cada paso de la protesis realmente todo este proceso de la prótesis parcial removible en mi paciente fue realmente muy agotador, puesto hubieron muchos percances con laboratorio pero finalmente pude lograr el objetivo de rehabilitar a mi paciente con su prótesis poder realizarle los dos controles y poder darle de alta.

Justamente el pasado martes de esta semana que transcurrió pude rehabilitar protésicamente a mi segunda paciente de prótesis total removible, realmente fue un proceso arduo, complicado pero que pude llevar a cabo, puesto que esta paciente particularmente pasó por diversos procesos difíciles de cirugías para poder tener sus prótesis, primeramente se le realizaron varias regularizaciones óseas así como también liberaciones de frenillos, tanto labial como inferior, así como también eliminación de torus palatino y tuve que esperar el tiempo pertinente para la cicatrización, pero todo valió la pena puesto tuve mucho apoyo y la disposición de la paciente.

Gracias a @joseg por confiar en mi, para colocar la salud bucal de su mamá en mis manos, realmente observar el proceso fue bastante fuerte, puesto que en algún momento también pensé en hacerle la prótesis a otra paciente debido a todas las complicaciones pero el tiempo de Dios es absolutamente perfecto y gracias a Dios ya pude colocarle su prótesis total removible, ver ese cambio que tuvo la paciente en su rostro para tener nuevos dientes es un proceso de adaptación bastante fuerte, ya que es primera vez que la paciente es portadora de prótesis.

Por último pude cementar la corona definitiva de la prótesis fija de silicato de litio, en mi paciente cabe destacar que en particular tuve grandes inconvenientes con mi paciente, puesto que se le presentaron diversas situaciones en las cuales tenía que irse, así como también una situación de enfermedad con su mamá, justamente el lunes iba a cementar la corona definitiva,,pero el domingo un día antes su mamá partió al cielo y no pude realizarlo, pero pude cementa la corona definitiva el día martes.

Prótesis quedó perfecta y ajusto muy bien a la paciente y la paciente se pudo ir con una nueva sonrisa la maravillosa de la odontología, así es como pude concluir con cada uno de mis requerimientos del cuarto año de odontología para poder irme a pasantías en verdad estoy muy feliz y agradecida.
