More emphasis will be placed on members that delegate to @hivephilippines. It’s the community curation account that gives out delegation reward with an estimated average of 7.5% fee that goes back into the community fund. I know there are community curation accounts out there that offer 100% delegator share to their delegators.

Delegators are the underappreciated members of the community because they are willing to support community growth by indirectly funding the community. I’m planning to add more delegation incentives in the future but there’s no concrete reward structure for that yet.
Something to expect may be some reward tiers depending on the amount you delegate. If you have access to the delegator’s lounge at hiveph discord, you would see a frequent airdrop of hive straight from my own pocket. Not enough to make you rich but it’s still a small kickback for just a simple click on top of your already existing rewards.
Alam ko naman na karamihan walang paki sa pinaggagawa ng community na to at busy sa kani-kanilang buhay, ok lang yan, strong independent community at members naman tayo besh. Gusto ko lang bigyan ng importance yung mga taong bumibigay ng supporta dito.
By default, anyone that has a “member” role on hiveph discord has access to the #vote-me channel which gives members the privilege of being upvoted by the bot once a day. It’s not a large vote that could make you rich but it’s there to give small pats to community members that aren’t regularly reached by the community curation account. This channel was made to redirect more votes to members of the hiveph community than have the account follow other curation trails. And members aren’t even obligated to delegate to get these benefits.
Totoo yun Mars, ma tag kalang as member yun lang yung kailangan. Di kanaman yayaman sa upvotes pero mararamdaman mo rin siguro yung pabor na binibigay sayo ng ibang members because it's their stake that gives that account worth.
Di naman ginawa yung HivePH para payamanin yung mga miyembro nito pero di rin masama kung bigyan ko ng mga incentives yung mga willing mag buildup dito.
Other plans include incentivizing more discord activity via games (we currently have boxbot and mafia bot to play with) and small group discussion via voice chats. Those who are active on Discord get those perks.
Madami pa pwedeng gawin pero may kanyan-kanyang buhay tayo na kinakabusyhan. So while I still have the spare time to apply the small changes, baka naman ma trip nyu rin mag pitch in sa abot ng makakaya nyu.
