This week I was very busy with work and household chores, which left me no time to share content with you. As you may know, every afternoon after work, I attend a well-known dance studio here in my town called Alejando Dance, which offers classes in joropo, salsa, reggaeton, and many more for girls. In the afternoons, they offer dance therapy classes to exercise and tone the body. This time, I'll be showing you a little bit about one of my dance therapy routines.]

[As I mentioned in my previous post, one of the things I love most in the world is dancing, as I feel it is one of the best ways to relieve stress, move energy, and feel good with every movement. I feel very happy when I dance, as it is such a beautiful art form that I am completely in love with, and what I like most is that dancing also works as a way to train and tone the body.]
Benefits of dance therapy 💃🏻
Dance therapy is a form of physical exercise that combines dance, movement, and music to work the body in a fun and accessible way. It is characterized by:
• Aerobic and functional approach: Rhythmic movements that raise the heart rate and improve endurance.
• Participation in different dance styles: Salsa, bachata, reggaeton, merengue, hip-hop, among others.

• Calorie burning and weight control: helps lose body fat and maintain a healthy weight.

Vi tu video hahahah me rio porque tuve que ir a #3speak para que poder verlo...iba a desistir, te lo juro pero después vi todo el cariño que le pusiste a tu #post y dije que un #post con tanto empeño no debe pasar desapercibido...la actividad deportiva siempre va a ser la mejor decisión que podamos tomar...yo ya tengo el hábito, ahora estoy en un proceso de aprender a comer de forma más saludable, algo realmente complicado por todas las costumbres que venimos heredando...en mi caso, no consumo azucar...por ejemplo, no como arepas....pero hay ciertas frutas o las harinas también hacen mucho daño....el arroz, horrible hehehe es un problema...pero elc ardio nos ayuda a quemar carbos, entonces se trata de quemas más de lo que ingerimos.
