Why Should We Do Physical Exercise?

Exactly...... You all can understand about today's topic. Today, I am going to write about some important things about physical exercise. This is the thing which is the best way to keep our body fit and strong. It is not only good for our body but also keep our mind well. So, it's importance is huge.

Last year, lots of country of the world were in lockdown for corona virus. Our country was also in great trouble. We all fell a victim to it. We couldn't go outside for that deadly virus. Our school has been closed for almost 1 year. We couldn't go our playgrounds for that. So, it is normal that It has damaged the health of many of us. Some people were idle at that time. As a result their physical and mental health were damaged. But some people were continued there physical exercise. So, they can keep their body fit. Some days ago, we all met together. I was very surprised to see some of my friend. Some of my friend were getting so fat. It was so funny. They were less fat than me even before the lockdown. This lockdown has damaged the health of many other people.

We could do some simple exercise in our home at the time of this lockdown. It is right that we couldn't go outside from home. But, we could do some warm up in our home. Then we could do push up, pull up, chin up etc.

But, now the incidence of the virus has decreased. So, we should start our physical exercise properly. It is time to get back our fitness. So, we should go for our morning walk from today. We should play regularly so that we can maintain our fitness.

Morning walk is very important for our health. We can go for morning walk after praying our fazar salah. Every doctor adviced walking for 30 minutes to 1 hour a day. For this walk, morning is the best time. That's why, I also love to go to morning walk. The morning air is also very clean and fresh. Some doctor also advised to take some deep breathes for 7-8 seconds in the morning. It is very helpful for our health. So, I always try to do this.

I am a boy and I am 16 years old. So, I love playing. It is also very helpful for our health. I know about some guardians who do not give permission to their children for going to playground. They always want their children at reading room. But, it is a wrong decision. If we have time for reading, we should have time for playing. Sports also have a great impact on our studies. If our mind is not good, we can not make attention in our studies. Sports can fresh our mind. So, we should play in the afternoon. It has a lot of benefits. We can be strong, stout by playing. It is not only for children but also the man of all ages.

Fitness is one of the biggest power for our life. Those who can maintain their fitness can do their work very fast. They also have much energy. It is also very well for our mind. Fitness makes a man happy. Those who are not healthy are repeatedly injured. They get tired soon. So, It also have a great impact on our mind. We can not be happy when we are weak. Fitness makes us healthy and strong. To earn this fitness, we should do physical exercise regularly. Otherwise, we can not shine in our life.
