Hello my favorite people today I bring to you news which is touching to the very core.
Yesterday, a friend called to tell me of a long time classmate who just died. Like I was shocked to hear the news and I'm like many old people are still living but then the young ones are dying.
There she told me that the guy committed suicide, for what reason was the first question I asked him and he went further to say because his girlfriend broke up with him so he can't live to see her in the arms of another man.
This news kept me mute for minutes, and my question is is it worth it?
Commiting suicide for loves sake, to me I know very well that heart break is one hell of a thing and can get someone into a very critical state especially when too attached to the person.
But, again I really don't think that taking life for any reason is worth it. He hung himself in his room, first; his house is gonna be hunted and no one would wanna stay there.
Second: the girl he took his life for doesn't even care.
Third; he didn't think of the people that had the pure love for him, family should have come to his mind. In all situations family would always take you back and console you but he decided to keep it a secret and went to hang himself.
Now the family is the one suffering the pain, crying and wailing, unable to unhang the body as they have to do some few things to get the body down.
He was still very young, there are women everywhere in this world even more beautiful, yeah I know it would take a little time to find one but definitely he'd still have found one and settled again.
This time maybe it would have handled the relationship with wisdom than dying for someone who didn't even shriek at the news of his death.

Greater is no love, than a man laying down his life for his friends, I wonder if this is what they be thinking when they do it... The already gave a priceless asset which was "attention"
It didn't feel enough and they had give away what isn't theirs.
Maybe they don't realize they don't own themselves, tragedy...

Maybe they want to become jesus christ who gave up his life to save the world according to the Bible...lol

How can someone commit suicide because of a lady, that's pathetic, if a girl leave you for any reason, he or she just needs to move on and find another that is more better than her, he choose the wrong choice. I hope God can forgive him. Thanks for share friend.

Hmm, that's quite sad. I feel sorry for the young man. What a wasted life. The thing is, no one truly knows what he was going through that pushed him to take such a drastic action.
If only his family and friends had noticed subtle changes and reached out to him. Maybe it would have made a difference. We can never say.
The rate of suicide is high nowadays especially among the youths. We just have to keep looking out for each other. 🙂

That's true,some people start having suicidal thoughts because of depression and not just because of love,yeah heartbreaks in relationships can trigger it too though but most times it is depression....
Depression! That word alone is suicidal! He actually let his feeling delve too far to getting to the point of depression because I know that nowadays when one is depressed he or she starts thinking of how to end his or her life while is sad.
Yes,there are alot depressed people in the society,both rich and poor do experience depression...

That is why I personally advice people to understand the power of self-love,when your self-love is intact,you will find it extremely difficult to kill yourself because you were heartbroken....self-love tend to help us overcome a lot of psychological problems including depression..
I wish he was alive to be shown this! I wish everyone could tend to follow this path. Almost everyday people are commiting suicide all because of one thing or the other. It breaks my heart to hear or see such. I really wish he was alive to read this because it's so touching and maybe would have helped him stay alive but he's gone😔

Love and pain, have such dimensions, which can't be explained just simply, especially by me. So, I won't drag but, would mention something quite important to me. Having a broken heart is quite a lot to take in. Having to see a beloved in another's arm is quite a diminishing sight especially when both were committed. Broken hearts are never easy things to deal with but, it is not wise to end it all.
I feel we are very less confident in ourselves, that we tend to give someone else too much priority than they deserve. Once you consider them your everything, know that it is the moment to back out. Never be addicted to something so much that it makes you forget yourself. I might sound selfish but this is true, that we must give priority to ourselves first because if we are well, we can make others well. If we aren't, then we can't.
About love, hah, it is never limited to just "marriage type love". There are so many people who love you in a different way. We should be more accepting than being rude ourselves. This is a concept which is rocket science for this generation kids. sign
Interesting! Your idea intrigues me and I must tell you I'm impressed. Definitely I don't accept that anyone is selfish if he or she loves himself so much. We have to love ourselves so that in case of heart breaks we tend to still have ourselves and live for ourselves. Thanks for stopping by dear
