SELECTING WHAT YOUR MIND SHOULD BASED ON.

Every human on planet Earth has the ability to choose what they what their mind to be based on .i.e. they have control over their mind. The mind is a powerful equipment an individual have to create good in their life, when it's not used appropriately it can be the most destructive tool in their life.

The ability to control the mind is to be able to influence the way in which you as an individual wants to live your life. As an individual your mind most importantly your thoughts can affect the perception you have and therefore the interpretation you have about reality. From research it has been discovered that an average human being thinks around 70,000 thoughts each day.

It's huge if the thoughts were self-abusive, was not productive and a waste of time and also energy. Be a person that choose to be active, conscious when thinking thoughts also be able to control your thoughts as an individual. When your thought is changed, your feelings will also change as well.

WAYS TO SELECT WHAT YOUR MIND SHOULD BE BASED ON.

1 Always use the technique erase and replace: the ability to erase and replace is needed to select what the mind should base on. Positive slogan kicks our every form of negativity and it creates an atmosphere for positive thoughts yo come in.

Try as much as possible to repeat the statements over and over when it's needed. Find positive phrases that will keep you going so as to overcome negativity.

2 Always be aware and also prepared: the period of of being aware an individual is mentally alert to fight every form of thought that is not wanted. Everyone experiences negative thinking, the most important thing is what happens to you as a person after everything.

The thing is I don't mean that you should be anxiously waiting for the negative to arrive the thing is for you just to be aware and also to recognize them and cast them out instantly. When you are aware the faster you are able to grab your mind and then also take back your control.

3 Always conduct reality check: try as much as possible to do things that can trigger you back to reality when needed. Imagination has become a strong force whenever the negative thoughts gets hold on us and then you begin to believe what you are thinking of and in reality you are just creating a movie in your mind.

4 Choice: take note that everyone has freedom of choice; you have the chance to select which route you want to be, what profession you want to engage in, and and what you desire to eat. Then it's up to you as an individual to the negative or positive and also how long the positive or negative reside in your mind.

5 Be mindful of the present moment: to take control of our thoughts there is need for a mentally support system to be put in place. Being mindful of the moment works instantly. When you are in thought of negative things realize it,try as much as possible to erase it and then replace it with something that is positive.

6 Fear is unsound.

7 Mention or name it: when you find yourself in negative thoughts stop the thought by naming it. No matter how it might be going on whether you whisper or say it loud, when you name it there will a separation in the subconscious mind of the individual. Negative thoughts can be very strong but you have to stay stinger.

HOW TO GAIN POWER OVER YOUR MIND.

1 Motivation.

2 Always have focus on the positive.

3 Change your mentality and perspective.

4 Try writing out: by expressing your mind or thought in writing may not be able to change the frame of your mind as an individual immediately but it will help to improve your control over any kind of unwanted feelings.

The act of writing own the thoughts going through our mind is enough to reduce it's enthusiasm.

5 Stay away from any form of distraction whatsoever.

6 Ability to manage anxiety and stress.
