«-A Mandatory Introduction To This Post-»

“Music Of Another Present Era”

Indeed, this is a mandatory musical introduction for what you are about to read. And one gorgeous song from the seventies that I hope you are already playing in the background and listening while you are reading this sentence at least.

For me it is absolutely necessary that you reproduce this song in advance to try to raise your spirit to the heights of reflection and understanding of what today I will try to convey here regarding my very personal and particular vision of the future.

My wish really would be that before reading anything in this post, you would simply stop reading now and take the time to reproduce this song in its entirety while also carefully watching the seasonal invoking images contained in the video.

With which you will surely notice that they are in tune with the Christmas season and the feelings of peace, love and prosperity that we all in general wish to the entire world in times like these already very close to the celebration of a New Year.

Any of the two possible actions that you have taken to arrive to this paragraph and get to read what you are reading at this very moment, are valid for me.

However, I have the hunch that if you first take the time to carefully observe the entire audiovisual work as a whole before reading anything else, your six senses will have expanded even more to the comprehension of the literal content of this publication. So, you still have time to do it if you haven't done it yet. Just try it! :)

But hey! let's check first how old are you!

By chance, do you know who are these guys?

¿And these guys?

¿How about now?

Ok, one more time!

Nope, nothing yet?

Alright! it doesn't matter. Probably you are quite young now. But don't worry and keep reading. You can always get back here and check the pictures one more time.

Perhaps, reading the few remaining paragraphs of this post, an impromptu ¡Aha! moment will bop your head with its knuckles refreshing you memory all of a sudden. Yeah, believe me. I've already seen this happening before. Hahahaha

Well, what I really wanted to signify throughout this post today. It is nothing more than highlighting ¿what is our current relationship? with money, possessions, ownership, wealth, comradeship and solidarity in a world in which humanity and all of us already have cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology at our reach. ?¿?

Is it not true that we now have greater privacy, a higher level of anonymity, further distance from sources of conflict and a global communication capacity to make us seen, feel, listen and understand better without the need to unnecessarily expose ourselves to the physical risks and dangers of having to face 'on the spot' the "authority" and the current power entities that could violently disagree with our vision and way of thinking?

¿What are we gonna do with this ubiquitous powerful technology currently in our hands?

¿Will we allow history repeat itself? ¿With another repetitive cycle? What class of possible future do you aspire for yourself, your children and your grandchildren in the short term? Yeah! think about it!

Okay, this is only the third chapter and installment of my "Christmas 2021" serie of posts about a potential "cyclic" future. So I invite you to click here and also here to read the first and second chapters of this story to better familiarize yourself with the subject and the sequence that I am carrying out. Yeah! more "data" to digest. };)

For today, I suspect that I have already given you enough dense material to think about and reflect on. Well, assuming you have clicked on everything that is clickable in this article and that you have played all the videos in their entirety.

For which then I guess it would be better to close and end this post right here. A thing which I will do immediately. But what I won't do without first inviting you to share your opinions in the comments section of these posts and to suggest that you stay tuned to consume the next episodes of this series of articles until the end of the year. Yeah! it's just that I still have the naive mania that together we can think better. Would you agree?

hahahaha, good check, but The Beatles are timeless legends so hopefully the next generations in the cycle will know them too :)

owwwww, and listening of course again to the silence of a candle... although I had that advantage from you to know how beautiful it is ✨

Let's hope so, because this new generation is starting to conserve only a memory of just about 140 emojis at once. :D

Oh yeah, you are one of my privileged ones. :)

I'm glad to confirm what I already knew... that this beautiful song was going to make you fall in love.

Let's hope so, because...

hope dies last :D

The second part of your message... yes, you knew it and you were right. Absolutely right! I am listening to this magic...well I lost count of how many times now already 💛

P.S. any other emoji {haahaha} here but a heart, would not match better what the sound (and silence) of this candle brings!

....nature, the universe and everything in it, operates on cycles - and we have just enough hubris to think that we can change them.

I won't comment of the photos' as it would clash with my principals of taking tests.

As always, a truly deep and thoughtful response that usually tends to fly over the top of most people's heads. Good one bro! :)

Hahaha yeah, because you are such a rebel, you fucker!

Yet another great post. The vids about the baby boomers and the 90s. Based on the US, but not too much different to what we've seen in western Europe. My parents are the typical baby boomers, from the early 40s. 50s/60s: almost no elderly, lots of jobs (rebuild from WII and all that), social securities by government established (unemployment benefits, state pension, national healthcare) in the 60s and indeed, no concept of holding back because of environment damaging. Maybe the 80s and 90s where a little less in spending, well, up to mid 90s. Since the mid 90s I think western Europe has seen only growth. Maybe not growth for all citizens, we see the number of rich increasing, but also the number of 'poor' (have to use brackets since in my country nobody is really poor compared to so many other countries), but even since the financial crisis of like 12 years ago, most of the Dutch are doing well... Just a 'few' got a hit. The other day I learned we have about 1.2M Dutch crypto holders, out of a population of about 17M. Many of them youngsters. I suspect for them the best way out to making money whilst be able to do what they seem to have in their genes: do as little as possible since working for more than a few hours a day, is too tiering. Its also the generation that feels lonely (up to 70% feel lonely in my country), and the generation of which up to 30% plays with the idea of committing suicide. Can you believe it? The experts blame this on Covid and our lockdowns. I dont believe that, since already for years we see this group having a weak state-of-mind. I think since the 90s, we created too much wealth and gave the perception to this generation, life is easy and everything comes their ways without the need to work for it. How this will play out, have no idea, but I do think we will see a lot of minds being crushed when they have to face some downsides in life. And they will since technology will change things dramatically, and crypto will not give the easy ride up forever, it'll become like stocks and currencies are with between -10% and 10% gains on yearly bases, instead of 100% a day kinda thing. Owww the -100% a day will crush some of these peeps a lot as well in coming weeks, months, years.

Oops! Now this comments became quite negative... That should not have been the case though. Let us believe we will progress, become more self aware as well as aware of the peeps around us, we will take care of them more and more in any way we can, we become more happy by doing so etc etc :)
