The Men Waiting to Die | Indiana’s Death Row Inmates | 2 part Documentary
Being sentenced to death can so much alter a person's life. I'm personally against death sentence. I mean what is someone was wrongfully convicted?

That's a question I'm struggling with all the time... Not against death sentence, not because killers are bad people, but because of justice. But, that assumes a good system in which chances of being wrong are the lowest.

I mean what is someone was wrongfully convicted?

Even if only 1 person out of million gets wrongfully convicted........ justice still loses. There's no going back after you've snapped he neck/electrocuted the accused.

I agree with this, I have a counter-argument but it's not objective. Read my other comments on this.

In Islam, few sins are punished with death sentence, (one is murder.) In all cases, the sin must be proven. Multiple witnesses who are known to not lie must testify. The reasons for committing the sin should be taken in consideration. (1/2)

Testifying wrongly is one of the biggest sins in Islam. Assuming the community practices Islam well, chances of being wrongly sentenced are so low they're ignorable.

If you did get wrongly accused after all that, Allah will give you your justice in the Judgment day. (2/2)
