I'm starting to enjoy shoulders for boulders day. I'm fact so much that I've increased the number of exercises to nine routines.
There is a burn that's getting me the endorphins and dopamine I'm working out for.
Plus the biceps routine is now at five exercises.
I'm still not convinced working out for the pump is the way to go but I'm sure feeling pumped.
The step count was from yesterday's eight k treadmill jog.
