After a bit of early rain, it was a nice afternoon to get out for a walk. The sky cleared and was quite blue. There was still a lot of water around and my shoes got quite muddy. I should have probably worn my boots.
It was a good time to clear my head from the stress of work and life.
I was a bit worried about my leg having pulled a muscle the day before but it was fine.
I managed over 10 km in the end with a good pace.
