It is Time for the 2nd Habit

I am proud to announce, that I have successfully formed my first habit of walking at least 10k steps every day.

It's been 14 days since I've started this journey and I haven't missed a single day up until now. Although I had a few days, where I had to push myself to achieve this goal, I did it with relative ease. Motivation that I get from writing this blog actually helped quite a bit :)

Since my main focus focus at this point of my life is health. In addition to daily 10k steps I will try to adjust my eating habits. As I've mentioned in my previous posts IMO the best way to go about forming these habits is to keep it simple. So my next habit that I am trying to form - finish my evening meal before 7 P.M. (and no snacks, liquids with calories or anything like that until morning). My last bite - before 7 P.M. :) that's the goal.

And today was the 1st day I did that! :)

Nice! Well done! I am thinking about my diet too. But I think intermittent fasting would be easier goal for me, cuz I go to bed extreeeemely late sometimes :) will be curious to hear your feedback on how it will go for you @tipu curate 2
