My Actifit Report Card: April 15 2024

i’m aiming to hit over my 10,000 steps daily recently and i’m off to a good start! i’m using it for a shift to just burn more calories as people quite underestimate the value of just getting your steps in, oddly enough it does help shift a lot of calories especially if it’s spread out throughout the day and you’re keeping active and moving! let’s see how i keep up with the little self goal, other than that the gym was fine as usual quite busy as always but that’s fine i still manage a good hour long workout for my chest today.
