Yes, I have seen it, but I wasn't thrilled. It has not brought me the value I expected.
On a different note, God, laws are loose in your country 😆 You'd never be able to transport bread in a pickup like that.

Well, the bread does get covered tightly - and that stack is only around the corner, then I drop off half of the load at our point of sale here in Cotacachi. The other half I take with me to Ibarra. besides that - yes, laws are very loose. Nobody would stop me even if I transported the bread like that, totally uncovered.
The cake is made with mortiño, andean blueberry. Our absolute bestseller on the sweet side :-)
I really envy you in this regard. I love bread and sweets 😍 just don't eat any as I'm on a diet ☹️
