Eyes paining me today. Used my phone too much yesterday and I'm guessing that's the cause. I reduced my screen time today but there's been little improvement as at this evening. Might have to reduce it some more if the pain is still there when I wake up tomorrow. Went for a walk this evening hoping fresh air blowing across my face might help, but it didn't. Been a quiet day here. Did laundry today. Tomorrow marks one week I planted these lettuces. My plants aren't growing as expected and I'm wondering what could be the course. Decided to change the water I use so will see after next week how that goes. Happy midweek to y'all. Goodnight.
