I am happy because I again went jogging early in the morning around 6am and it was enjoyable
My Samsung Health App recorded that I jogged 2 miles, that's impressive as shown by the screenshot above.
I also did sprints as I finalized my jogging, this was just a 30 minute exercise.
I also as usual had daily activity steps as I went around the day.
I also as usual took my evening walk and got some good steps..
I ended up in the bar and celebrated Arsenal being knocked out of the Champions League 😂
I know I'm not supposed to be happy, but it is what it is.
Anyway I'm happy to have made over 15k steps.
