I had a lot of fun playing in the disc golf league today. It was the third week of the eight weeks. I'm in first place in my division.
I was having a rough round this morning though. It was a bit windy and my back was bothering me a little bit. When my back bothers me I have a lot of trouble getting enough power on my throws off the tee and my putting gets a bit worse. I managed to do better towards the second half of the round and placed second in the round and should be getting some scrip. My back feels fine right now and it did get a bit better towards the middle of the round this morning.
My Wave disc was turning over in the wind and not going where I wanted it to. I'm planning on getting another Wave disc at some point when the supplies are replenished in the Pro Shop. I'd like to get a bit heavier disc this time.

Well, he really enjoyed playing in the disc golf league today, because he was doing what he knows how to do very well, that's why he's one of the first in his division. No matter how difficult a game is, it will always be successful, that is respected. Successes.
It sure was fun and I look forward to it every week. The more I get involved in the tournament play the more I feel at ease with it and like it more.

After a break, he is now super active, which is good that he is in first place, however due to his back pain he has defended a little. But it will not be for long because he has recovered and started climbing again. Thank you my friend. My back bothers me off and on occasionally. I think I need to be aware of my posture more and do a bit more exercises to strengthen my core. It is just another thing to be aware of to improve my game and health.
That's right brother, strengthening the core is paramount for the back as a whole to be stronger and you can move more easily. A strong core is important when executing your throws. Best regards.
