Ayer pude ir a la vereda del lago a ver a unos amigos como @hecatonquirox, @valecillos, @lokochon18, @andres4455, @gianmcv, @atlashv96 y otros los cuales no recuerdo sus nombres de usuario, y practicar unos dinámicos, también quería recibir a mi pana @manuelramos que llegaba de visita al Zulia.
Practiqué tanto que rompí los callos en mis manos, pero no me importó porque disfruté mucho de lo que hice. Me sentí satisfecho con mi rendimiento y con el progreso que lleve a cabo en este entrenamiento. No estoy acostumbrado a hacer dinámicos ya que no tengo barra para practicarlos, pero me gustan mucho.
Yesterday I was able to go to the Vereda del Lago to see some friends like @hecatonquirox, @valecillos, @lokochon18, @andres4455, @gianmcv, @atlashv96 and others whose usernames I don't remember, and practice some dynamics, I also wanted to receive to my friend @manuelramos who arrived to visit Zulia.
I practiced so much that I broke the calluses on my hands, but I didn't care because I really enjoyed what I did. I felt satisfied with my performance and the progress I made in this training. I'm not used to doing dynamics since I don't have a bar to practice them, but I like them a lot.

También pasé un rato muy agradable con los muchachos, que son unos excelentes compañeros y amigos. Compartimos risas, anécdotas y consejos sobre los dinámicos. Aunque se hizo tarde esperando a @manuelramos, pasamos un buen rato, y después de charlar un buen rato de diversas cosas, cerramos la noche comiendo unas pizzas. Fue una tarde/noche de mucha diversión y aprendizaje, que espero repetir pronto.
I also had a very pleasant time with the boys, who are excellent colleagues and friends. We share laughter, anecdotes and advice about dynamics. Although it got late waiting for @manuelramos, we had a good time, and after chatting for a while about various things, we closed the night eating some pizzas. It was an afternoon/night of great fun and learning, which I hope to repeat soon.
