Hello friends good to be back again, have been away from the platform for some days due to my health but thank God am strong now.
Yesterday, my friend and I decided to do a give away to students in who are writing their semester exams in Akwa Ibom State University AKSU.
So we decided to buy a bag of rice and share to few students who lives in our neighborhood.
We were actually thinking of how a bag of rice will go round the number we were looking for, because we estimated a total number of about forty students, fortunately for us we were able to meet up our target.
The students were so excited and in return most of them prayed for us in appreciation to our kind gesture.
The idea of sharing the rice came as a result of my experience when I was a student especially during examination period. It came to my thought that most of the student's foodstuffs might have finished even before this time, so it has always been in my mind to support them during this time, though it didn't came out as planned but I thank God I was able to support with the little I had which I knew it went a long way.
Doing this makes me happy because this has always been my mandate to extend help to others in my own capacity.
Though it wasn't much this time, but I know that next time will be much better than this.
