It sure is nice to be able to do what I like. I feel very fortunate to be able to play disc golf. I was not sure I would be able to do it physically but if anything I think that it has improved a lot of my issues. It is a win win to stay physically fit from something you enjoy.

This is dear @lightsplasher the same thing happens to me doing yoga, it has improved my physical and mental health a lot, I dedicate at least 20 minutes a day to it, you can also dedicate at least a few minutes to meditation before starting golf, it is very comforting, it is the first thing I develop before doing yoga.
