Hey there!
Do what you have to do.
But every day! No excuses or reasons. Every missed day can be a step back, not just a stop, but a step back. And any business started (even if unfinished) can be a 2-step jump. Perhaps this is just my problem, so these lines are more of a conversation with myself. It's really important to me not to stop, even if I'm resting.
I've noticed that one line for a future post, written down today, can give birth to a full post tomorrow! But nothing gets more than one sentence today. Still, that sentence will play a part tomorrow, even if the post is unrelated to those thoughts. Life throws up exactly what you focus on. And you can only focus if you've fixed that focus very firmly! For me, it's often a paper or a note that I will definitely open tomorrow, even if I don't want to...
Just now I'm gaining momentum on Hive, a year later. I came to this through Actifit reports when I was writing a line or two every day. I get bored writing about weekdays, so it's always thoughts from my head. Things that bother or delight me every day. That's how I learned to talk to myself in posts and find ideas for future posts. That's how 500-word posts stopped being long. They've even become short. I stop myself from pouring water between terms. So I shorten the text to leave thoughts between paragraphs... Every day, doing what I have to do...

Но каждый день! Без оправданий и причин. Каждый пропущенный день может быть не только остановкой, но и шагом назад. А любое начатое дело (пусть даже незаконченное) может быть прыжком в 2 шага. Возможно это только моя проблема, поэтому эти строки - больше разговор с собой. Мне действительно важно не останавливаться, даже если я отдыхаю.
Я заметил, что одна строка для будущего поста, записанная сегодня, может родить полноценный пост завтра! Но сегодня ничего не получается больше одного предложения. Всё равно это предложение сыграет свою роль завтра, даже если пост будет не связан с этими мыслями. Жизнь подбрасывает именно то, на чём ты сфокусирован. А сфокусироваться можно только если ты зафиксировал этот фокус очень крепко! Для меня это часто бумага или заметка, которую я обязательно открою завтра, даже если этого не захочу...
Только сейчас я набираю обороты на Hive, спустя год. Я пришёл к этому через Actifit отчёты, когда писал пару строк каждый день. Мне скучно писать о буднях, поэтому это всегда мысли из головы. То что беспокоит или радует каждый день. Так я научился говорить с собой в постах и находить идеи для будущего поста. Так посты в 500 слов перестали быть длинными. Они даже стали короткими. Я останавливаю себя, чтобы не лить воду между срок. Так я сокращаю текс, чтобы оставлять мысли между абзацами... Каждый день, делая то, что должен...

I almost reached 700 HP, which was the main goal this month. These are really great times to be building. To build up volume and build up my portfolio. Prices can't get any lower anymore. I even wish I had more liquid money to buy in full. 😂 I will do my best! And we'll see about that in a year!
