Building your Chest with the Pec Deck

My weekends are usually fun. Football, gym, food, rest. At the gym, one movement I recently started to enjoy and added to my routine is the pec deck. It’s simple, effective, and a great way to really focus on squeezing the chest muscles.

The pec deck machine primarily targets the pectoral muscles while helping you build a strong mind-muscle connection. It really helps to control the weight and really feel it in your chest, and that's one muscle group I hope to grow soon.

I'm actually pro free weight but I think machines are pretty great. I started using this machine at the gym and it would be my go-to for upper body days, when I also train chest.

It is a great addition to any chest workout. It helps improve muscle isolation, adds definition, and works perfectly as a finishing exercise after heavier presses.
