My Actifit Report Card: November 27 2020

I took my son and his best friend out for a play date this afternoon after finishing work. They haven't seen each other for over 2 weeks and they were both incredibly excited when they finally met today.

We went to a different park tonight, that's 3 different parks this week so far!! I live my life one park at a time....

Going to the park on a regular basis with 1/2pint has a few benefits. He gets to let of some steam and have a blast, it gives Mrs Welshstacker a break from him and it also helps me achieve my daily goal of reaching 10000 steps.

I sailed past my 10k target today and so far today I've reached 13k+.i may get a few hundred more in before bed, but nothing too much that will drastically change this reading.

The big bulk of today's step, as I said above, came from going to the park after work and running around after the kids. The other big bulk came from today's lunch time run.

I've set myself a target of running 5km every day for 30 days- it's my #5430 challenge.

So that's another successful week in work completed. I managed to make it out everyday (again), and with just 3 days left to go, Im starting to really think that I'll complete my challenge.

Another successful run and I'm pretty happy with my heart rate (HR) and breathing throughout it. I would have liked to see my HR level off at a lower rate, but comparing where I am now to where I was runni g every day for the past 27days has most definitely paidoff.


After this month is over, I'll do a deeper dive into the stats behind this month and give an honest opinion as to whether it's been beneficial to nearly kill myself everyday for the "greater good".....

My legs hurt, my back hurts and I'm going to bed. Goodnight.
