If you think there are too many spotted woodpeckers among my photos, there is a reason. I mean, spotted woodpeckers are pretty good to photograph.
They're easy to spot - even by the typical trrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr sound.
They are easily identifiable by their typical coloration.
They stay in one place when working and do not move from branch to branch as often.
They are here even in winter.
So you will see them often in my bird photos.
Jestli si myslíte, že je mezi mými fotkami až moc strakapoudů, má to svůj důvod. Totiž strakapoudi se fotí docela dobře.
Jsou snadno zjistitelní - i podle typického zvuku trrrrrrrrrrrr.
Jsou snadno identifikovatelní podle typického zbarvení.
Zůstávají při práci na jednom místě a nepoletují tak často z větve na větev.
Jsou tady i v zimě.
Takže na mých ptačích fotkách se s nimi budete setkávat často.
But to make it not too much, I'll dilute it with something else. One green woodpecker.
Aby toho ale nebylo příliš, tak je naředím něčím jiným. Jedna žluna zelená.
