The Rain in Spain Stays Mainly in the Plain [Seaphotography Contest - Week 92]

Here's a panoramic view of the city of A Guarda, in Spain.

It took me a few tries to take this shot because there were a few people nearby and they were moving around, so the camera would fail to grab the panoramic view. Finally, after a handful of failed attempts, I managed to grab this one...

This is my entry for the Seaphotography Contest - Week 92 hosted by @marc-allaria. This week's theme is Sea and Seascapes.

It wasn't perfect, as I wanted to capture a bit more to the right of the tree... but that wasn't possible as long as people were roaming the area.

Yep, that couple down there kept preventing the shot to complete... 🤣

I waited for them to leave... but before they were gone, another group appeared. So I gave up on the idea because it was obvious I would have to wait for a long time to get the perfect shot. Meanwhile, my friends wanted to move on... so I had to accompany them. 😆

This area is really cool and you can see for miles all around, from the top of this hill. If you face the other way, you'll even see two cities in Portugal: just across the river it's the city of Caminha... and a bit further along the river, you can see the town of Seixas.

The towns on the left side of the river belong to Spain... and they're called Tabagón and San Miguel de Tabagón.

The day was spectacular... sunny but not extremely hot. Just perfect for appreciating the views and breath in some fresh air, away from the craziness of civilisation.

I hope you enjoyed these photos! 😎

it's fine though even there were people in there. The view stood out and looks really amazing.

Thanks a lot... but as you can see if you compare the first and the last shot, the first panoramic photo is shorter in width. The camera stopped when it detected movement. 🙃

Ah, that's what you meant, sorry I had no idea about panoramic photo. I haven't tried one or meet one. lol

Great shots. It's beautiful.

Thanks a lot!

Beautiful scenario, I have heard that Spain is really beautiful...

Some areas are really wonderful, others are like a desert. 😄

Maybe you should have put up your tent to get the perfect shot - although I think these pictures are really pretty :)

If I was alone I would have waited. 😉
Thanks for your visit and comment.

Well, I think you did get some good shots :)
