Super excited to find this group! I originally joined peaked for the game “gods unchained” it’s a little card game I play. But my actual occupation is working at a grow!
So when I was just digging around through the community section and I found this one it was perfect!! I lost half my morning digging through everyone’s post 😁
Ide love to drop off some pictures in here every now and then and bounce some ideas off you guys! The two pictures at the top are some of the most recent buds that I have grown, we just switched from HPS to LED not to long ago and we are absolutely loving them 🥰🥰
The picture in the beginning is some banana trail mix under led.Here is another example of some crescendo under the leds.
The lights we are currently using are the next light pro series.
I do have other flower rooms that are still using hps lights. Here are a few pictures of some buds I have pulled out of there:

The new LED' really are impressive! I would say it is whatever works for you. But if I had to reccomend, I would defialy say finds a LED with the new Samsung Chips, happy you found us! Not really sure you know this too, but this community also has its own front end, check it out here. Same keys as your hive. It is just a differnt access point :)

I have a 600 watt kingbright bar style led. Really love it. But I’m down sizing next grow so I am going to try a 400 watt hps I recently found. I’m excited to see how I do.

I'm currently off work for the weekend but when I go in on Tuesday I can ask my bosses what all I can show and what I can't show and maybe I can give you like a little blog from start to finish one run.
We definitely are not a super big operation we do roughly 25-30 pounds a month or so but I think it could be fun showing it all!
Hell yeah! And man you all in Oklahoma are tearing it up! Hopefully that one law that requires prepackaged bags does not pass. Lethe laws here in California suck!

As you grow both under LED and HPS please describe differences if there are differences at all??? I am curios in taste, flavor, smell, strength, etc comparations.
Personally still using HPS.

Welcome, I run LEDS for many reasons, heat, AMPS, but start-up cost sucks compared to HPS.
Oh the heat difference was huge! So it really helped our environmental control as a whole!
They run cooler so the ac has to run less so then my humidity was better as well! I mean just all in all im loving them so far just gotta see how all the test results turn out!
Yeah that helps, When you can save more ways than one it is awesome

I never used HPS but I love my LED, 680 watt mar hydro. Do you use 1000 watts?
Sorry it took me so long to reply to this one but I replied to the last one..... still trying to figure out how the resources work on hive. I think I was replying to everyone's comments to much or something idk hahahaha but none the less
I currently run 3 flower rooms.
Two of them are using:
1000 watt gavita double end hps
And the led room is using:
660 watt nextlight mega pros
1000 watts is awsome, I may get that one next.
